Based on our Byton High Ridge, this multi-purpose ‘L’-shaped building caters for the whole family.
The car port protects the family vehicle and includes storage in the roof space (accessed via a loft ladder).
The log store and garden implement store is easily accessed from the house and garden. The fully insulated family garden room is a music studio and sleep over ‘HQ’ for the younger generation. The fully fitted kitchen enables the building to be used for entertaining guests, as well as an annexe when extra accommodation is required.
The ‘comfy’ furniture is perfect for relaxing indoors, whereas the French doors in the end of the building allow access onto the patio area, and to cool the room down in hot weather. As you’ll see, there’s plenty of room for the drum kit!!
The floor of this building was tiled to ensure ‘easy cleaning’, and included underfloor heating to keep it warm in winter.
