Our smallest standard oak framed outbuilding, The Stapleton™ is a compact yet multi-functional garage or car port and at under 4m in height, is perfect for smaller spaces.
This single bay oak framed building is designed as a single vehicle garage or carport, but is equally at home as a workshop or garden machinery store. The optional side store is perfect if extra storage space is required i.e. as a bike store, a bin store or a log store. Planning permission may not be required for this building as it is under 4m in height, however, we always suggest you check with your local authority. Incorporating all of our trademark signatures; the Stapleton includes a traditionally jointed solid oak frame with substantial framing timbers and knee braces, heavy duty ancillary framing components and our own concealed weatherproofing system.
